Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung (42sqm) . Sie liegt direkt auf der Weserstraße (Ecke Panierstraße) , umgeben von unmengen von Spätis, Bars und Restaurants sowie sehr nah zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und du darfst natürlich alles benutzen was in der Wohnung ist. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus eines Altbaus und man hört nichts von der Straße oder Nachbarn. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnhaus umgeben vom Neuköllner Leben.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung an einen seriöse, berufstätige Menschen, bei dem ich mir sicher sein kann, dass die Wohnung in dem Zustand bleibt wie ich sie verlassen habe.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung im Zeitraum 25.01.24 - 16.02.24. (23 Tage) Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 650€. Möchtest du später in die Wohnung oder bereits früher raus, dann lass uns dadrüber gerne reden.

I'm subleasing my super cozy 1-person apartment located on Weserstrasse / Panierstrasse in trendy Neukölln!
The size is 42sqm. The place was entirely rennovated and it is completely furnished and I will leave everything I own here, except for what I can fit in my luggage. So it's super important that you use my belongings responsibly! There will be of course some room for your belongings like clothing, shoes, computer/books, etc. but don't bring along any big furniture or kitchenware as you'll find everything you need!
The toal rent for this time is 650€ + 400€ deposit in case you break the TV, washing machine etc.

1 minute by walking: Bus M29, M41, 171, 194 (Bus Station Sonnenallee/Panierstr.)
7 minutes by walking: Subway/U-Bahn Hermannplatz (U7 and U8)
There are also tons of ride sharing in my area, such as Emmy, Drivenow, Car2Go, Sixt, Miles, Lime, Tier, Bird, etc pp
The place is super central an the entire city is easily reachable via BVG and bike.
