This studio apartment is located in the heart if the hippest area of Berlin, with a 1 minute walk to two metro substations, shopping malls, shopping street just outside the door and a buzzing night and culinary life everyday of the week you are surely not gonna miss out on anything fo the great things Berlin has to offer!
The Hassenheide and Tempelhofer parks are just a few min walk away and the endless great cafes and cheap grocery stores are just outside the doorstep.
The apartment is great for a single person and is bright with light, the high ceilings shows of the Altbau Berlin charm and the cozy feeling of living in a dream. Its fully minimal furniture and fully equip studio kitchen will make you feel right at home.
The apartment is only for one person to rent, not suitable for couples or with children.

Kreuzkoln is the really mixed neighborhood that is loaded with cafes, bars, resturants and clubs just outside your door step!
The last few years there has been a bloom in alternative and cool shops opening up in the area. Perfect combination for you to spend the whole day out exploring this exciting hood.
If you want to be on the relaxed and
homie side for a night or so, there is a shoppingmal just outside your door and several other options to creat your perfect stay in evening or so if that is your fancy.
With a few min walk you reach metro stop Boddin str. that takes you to Mitte in less than 10 min where you can experiance and explore the east Berlin as we all have heard it to be. There are several museums here and one can spend a whole day out stroling the streets and never get bored.
If you dont feel like walking a few min to the trainstop you can just walk accross the street and take the metro stop Rathau Neukoln that will take you to Schoneberg and Chalottenburg that is the clasical west Berlin that we have seen in movies and heard about. Here you can do your great amount of shopping and indulge in the romantic spirit of the west!
The house where the apartment is located is a quiet and easy going, so you will get alot of calm time to read and to relax between all the fun.
No smoking and no crazy partys please.
