Die sonnige Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Innenhof. Vom Verkehr und dem abendlichen Trubel auf der Straße bekommt man quasi nichts mit. Die schönen Räumlichkeiten bieten alles, was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt benötigt: Ein gemütliches Doppelbett, ein Arbeitsbereich mit hochwertigem Schreibtisch, der auch zum Abendessen für bis zu vier Personen genutzt werden kann. Ein warmes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem weiteren Tisch, an dem zwei Personen angenehm sitzen können. Wlan, Flachbildfernseher und Netflix Account sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Achtung: Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Berliner Altbau im vierten Stock und es existiert kein Fahrstuhl. Dieses kleine, tägliche Work-Out ist im Preis inbegriffen. :) Meine Möbel sind zum großen Teil ältere Stücke und bedeuten mir viel und ich möchte euch deshalb bitten, pfleglich mit ihnen umzugehen.

This bright, sunlit apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Berlin. It features one large bedroom with a comfy bed that can accommodate 1 or 2 people and a work-desk (or dining table for 4). Through a seperate hallway you’ll either find your way to the bathroom (with shower cabin) or to the well equipped kitchen with seating for 2. The space is clean and practical, with enough storage, lots of coat hangers and even some extras! On a rainy evening, you can enjoy Netflix. For the rare sunny days in Berlin winter-time there is the Tempelhofer Airport and the Hasenheide park closeby to take a lovely afternoon walk.

Mit dieser Wohnung in der Westerstraße wohnt ihr inmitten des lebendigen und multikulturellen “Kreuzköllns”, wie die Berliner den Kiez gerne nennen. Unzählige Bars, Restaurants, Shops und vielfältige Locations für Kunst und Kultur laden dazu ein, ein Stück echtes Berlin abseits der großen Touristenströme zu erleben. Das Weigandufer, der Görlitzer Park und das Tempelhofer Feld sind schöne Orte für einen Spaziergang an der frischen Luft und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die U Bahn Linie U7 und U8, sowie die Haltestellen der Buslinien M29 und M41 sind gleich um die Ecke und bringen euch unkompliziert in alle Richtungen.

Stay in the absolute centre of trendy Kreuzkölln when you book this cozy & bright apartment. Located right in the middle of the famous Weserstrasse, you will never be far from any cool bars, hip restaurants or contemporary art spaces. A short walk will get you to the infamous Hermannplatz, the canal for romantic sunsets with a beer, many small green parks, the Neukölln Arcaden shopping-mall (with rooftop bar) or a breath of fresh air and magnificant scenic at Tempelhofer Feld. You'll be in the centre of it all.
The U7 and U8 subway are at walking distance, which will easily get you anywhere in Berlin.
Same goes for the buslines: M29, M41
The panierstrasse is closeby offers two bike shops that rent out bikes at a fair price.
If you come by car: use the parking house in the Neukölln Arcaden shopping-mall. A day ticket is 2 euro. Parking is otherwise free in this area, but therefore also almost impossible.
