I am subletting my bright and cozy student apartment from 01.03.2020 until 30.04.2020. Here are some facts about the apartment:

The apartment is about 7 minutes walk away from the train station Hermannstraße (S-Bahn&U-Bahn) and bus stations are nearby (1-2 minutes walk). The apartment is small but has everything you need to feel at home. There is a supermarket (Aldi) 2 minutes walk away and at the Hermannstraße station are REWE, NETTO, dm and plenty other shops or restaurants.
A few words about me and what I am looking for in a subtenant.
My name is Chloé and I am currently studying fashion design at the Berlin University of the Arts. I am very particular about the cleanliness of my home and expect you to be very tidy and respectful with my stuff as if they are yours. I might sound uptight but as long as you are neat and organised, there is nothing to be stressed about. You can contact me anytime if there is a question or problem with the apartment. It's a non-smoking apartment and for students only. If you are interested, please tell me a bit about yourself and what you are doing. We will sign a subletting contract and everything else will be discussed in details once we have an agreement.
