Meine Wohnung ist recht hell und mit coolem, weitläufigem Grundriss. Sie liegt im Donaukiez im Schillerkiez Nähe Sonnenalle.

Sie ist vom 01.04.2020 - 30.06.2020 temporär für 3 Monate möbliert zu vermieten.
Warmmiete sind 800 Euro inklusive Heizung, Strom und Internet.

Nur an NICHTRAUCHER zu vermieten. Keine WG's

Sie hat eine Küche mit Zugang zum geräumigen Wohnzimmer und ein separates Schlafzimmer.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine variable Sitzlandschaft.
Die Einrichtung ist zum grossen Teil selbst gebaut aus wiederverwertetem Zeug das ich in den Strassen Berlins finde, bzw. besteht aus originellen Einzelstücken von verschiedenen Flohmärkten. Ich habe mir sehr viel Mühe mit den Details gegeben.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd mit Backofen, eine Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, einen Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.

My apartment is quiet, bright and has a cool, open floor plan. It is at Donaukiez near Sonnenallee.

It is available for a 3 months sublet from 01.04.2020 - 30.06.2020.
Total rent is 800 Euro including all utilities also Internet.

It has a kitchen with access to the spacious living room and separate bedroom.

The living room has a changeable seating arrangement.

Almost the entire furnishings are artist-made or consists of original and unique pieces from the local flea markets.
Most of it is self-made from up-cycled stuff I find in the streets of Berlin. I have put a lot of work in the details.
