DE: Hey Leute, da ich beruflich nach Barcelona gehe, vermiete ich für diese Zeit meine Wohnung in Neukölln vom 28.02.21 - 28.03.21 für 750 € mit allem drum und dran inkl. Internet, Strom etc. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und hat alles was man brauch. Bettbezug, Decke, Handtücher, Kaffee, Waschmaschine, etc. ist natürlich alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Erkstr. ecke Sonnenallee im 3. OG des Hinterhauses, weswegen es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig ist. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre. Die U7 Rathaus Neukölln ist 3 min zu Fuß. Wer Neukölln kennt: es gibt zu Fuß unzählige Bars, Restaurants, den Landwehrkanal etc. Bei Fragen einfach gerne schreiben. Liebe Grüße, Matthias
EN: Hey guys, i’m going to Barcelona for work and renting out my apartment in Neukölln from 28.02.21 - 28.03.21 for 750 € incl. all, wifi etc. The apartment is bright and has everything you need. Everything for normal living is there: duvet cover, blanket, towels, coffee, washing machine, etc. The apartment is in the Erkstr. Sonnenallee corner on the 3rd floor of the rear building, so its very quiet despite the central location. The bus drives right in front of the front door. The U7 Rathaus Neukölln is a 3-minute walk.
