Weserstrasse Apartment

Hi, I'm moving back home and need to find a Nachmieter for my apartment. It's approximately 43 sq meters, fully furnished, and is right in the middle of Neukölln on Weserstrasse. There are tons of bars and cafès along the street, yet the apartment is still quiet because it's in the back building. It's an Altbau with very high ceilings and it gets a lot of sunlight during the day. I've been here for 1.5 years, it's a really cute apartment.

Viewings only from now until Friday, May 14th because I'm leaving on the 15th with rather short notice. The apartment is available from May 15th until Nov 15th and you would be renting directly from the owner so Anmeldung *may* be possible but you will have to clarify that with the owner. The apartment is also pet-friendly. Something to note is that the apartment doesn't have a traditional stove and oven - there are only 2 induction plates and a toaster oven. But it's been fine for me, and there's always someone giving away a stove/oven for free on Ebay Kleinanzeigen.
