Biete mein schönes 1-Raum Studio in Neukölln für 1 Jahr zur Untermiete an (Möglicherweise auch länger, minimum 6 Monate), ohne Anmeldung!. ACHTUNG: Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet, allerdings mit Küche (Kühlschrank, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Herd, Regal, Kommode) aber ohne Küchenutensilien.
Es handelt sich um ein sehr großes Zimmer, die Küche ist separat, jedoch ohne Tür und nur zum Kochen geeignet. Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine!

Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle, ruhige, saubere, nicht rauchende Person, welche es sich bei mir gemütlich macht und gewissenhaft mit der Ausstattung und dem Dielenboden umgeht. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Wände müssen im Zustand der Übernahme übergeben werden. Zur Übergabe erfolgt ein Protokoll, ein Untermietvertrag (privat) und eine Kaution von 600 Euro, welche bei Auszug zurückgezahlt wird, insofern keine Schäden entstanden sind.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 720 Euro, inklusive Strom, Gas und Internet! (Ich behalte mir vor, bei einer Gas/Strompreissteigerung den Mietbetrag anzupassen).


I am offering my beautiful 1-room studio in Neukölln for a year to sublet (possibly longer, but minimum 6 month rent), without registration!. ATTENTION: The apartment is rented unfurnished, but with a kitchen (fridge, sink, dishwasher, stove, shelves, chest of drawers, minimal kitchen utensils)
It is a very large room, the kitchen is separate but without a door and only suitable for cooking. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine!

I am looking for a responsible, quiet, clean, non-smoking person who will make themselves comfortable in my apartment and who will conscientiously handle the equipment and the floorboards. Pets are not allowed. Walls must be same condition when moving out as when moving in.
A protocol will be handed over, a sublease contract (private) and a deposit of 600 euros, which will be returned when you move out, provided that no damage has occurred.
The monthly rent is 720 euros, including electricity, gas and internet! (I reserve the right to adjust the rental amount in the event of a gas/electricity price/extra costs increase).
