Hello there! I'm looking for a reliable person to stay in my beautiful and cozy studio apartment in central Neukölln.
Important: The dates are slightly flexible as I haven't booked my tickets yet but will be around mid May - mid June
Unfortunately, the last person that stayed in my apartment didn't take good care of it so I ask you to please be mindful and treat it with respect. The apartment has everything you need. It's a Hinterhaus apartment on 4th floor, so it's quiet and gets very sunny & bright during the day, which I love.
PS: Please also take good care of my plants!!! :)
The apartment is located 5min from U Rathaus Neukölln.
You have plenty of cafes, restaurants, the Neukölln Arkaden/shopping mall, Superfit (and other gyms), Maybach Ufer, Turkish markets etc. nearby.
U7 (and since it's only 5-10min Walk to U Hermannplatz you also have the U8) and plenty of buses.
