As I will be away for one week I sublet my cozy 1room apartment for this period:

The apartments size is 38m2
Rooms are: a Kitchen, Bathroom (the shower is in an extra room), one Bedroom and Livingroom.
The Flat is situated in the back building and therefore very calm.
Except the kitchen, the whole flat has wooden floors, there is a cute little balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning.
The livingroom/bedroom is heated by a coal oven.
As I will only be away for a short period, the flat is fully equipped.
You can use my towels, bed linen and kitchen equipment.
I will ask you for a deposit of 150,00 which you will of course get back after your stay.
The flat is situated in the lively neighborhood in between Maybachufer and Weserstraße.
There are a lot of nice bars, cafes and vintage shops in the surrounding.
The next public transport is a 3 min walk (U Schönleinstraße), supermarkets and shops are closeby.
