I am subletting my 40 sqm Kreuzkölln flat by the canal for 7 weeks. It’s a one room apartment with separate kitchen and the sleeping area behind a curtain. Top floor means it gets lots of natural light.
Clean modern bathroom +bathtub, fully fitted kitchen + dishwasher and washing machine.
I am not charging for internet as the Wifi is with a home Hotspot but it works very well. There are some good cheap data options which I can sort out too if needed. Netflix, video calls etc will be no problem.
I am moving out and taking some things
but flat still comes furnished with bed, sofa, small table, wardrobe, book shelf etc. I can also provide towels and bedding if needed.
Happy to show you around or do a video tour. If you are new to the area or Berlin I can give some local tips too. I have moved just down the road so I’m nearby to help out with anything :)
