Hi, the studio is in the 5th floor of an typical Neukölln Altbau furnished with a Küchenzeile, a bed, a sofa, a desk and a bathroom. There’s also a massage bed in case you need one.
The house is located on the a bit more quiet end of Weserstrasse with lots of bars, the canal and parks within minutes walking distance. There’s also lots of small cinemas around my favourite is Kino Wolf which is just two blocks away. Tempelhofer Feld is also Not so far you can take the m43 or walk about 15 minutes.
The flat faces north so the sun will only shine directly early in the morning which makes it also less hot but it’s of course still the 5th floor. There’s no washing machine but my sister lives in the 2nd floor and you can use the washing machine there, she’s also available for you if there any questions or for a Glas of wine on the balcony;))
