I'm offering my apartment while I'm out traveling :)
It's a beautiful tiny apartment with a room (20m2), kitchen and toilet available for 1 or 2 people. Views are beautiful since it is in a corner and the sun is hitting direct light for the entire morning ^^ (check the pics!)
IMPORTANT: There's a second room used as an office and it's shared with my next-door neighbours as a working space. They are a beautiful marriage and very lovely open-minded people. You should know they might go in and out some days in the week for work, so consider the fact you'll not be always alone. (they usually only come during the week on working times; at 18:00 they are already gone :)
The area is an amazing gathering place full of cafés, ice cream, bars and food. Located at 1-min walk from Böhmischer Platz and its ping-pong tables, 5-min
of Richard Platz and between the hot Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx Str. this area is like a hidden gem aside from the noisy city :)
Under the building you have Mustafa baking bread and croissants from 7am (you'll not resist the smell ;) and a couple of cosy bars that brings life to the corner of Mareschtr.
The vibe is always friendly and you'll find nice people outside no matter which time.
Sonnenalle S Bahn (S41/S42) is 3 min by walking, also M41 and 171 bus.
U-Bahn Karl-Marx Str. is reachable in 10-15 min.
