Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon für ca. einen Monat, während ich weg bin. Mindestens einen Monat, nach Absprache möglicherweise 1-2 Wochen länger. Sie ist möbliert und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. 500 Euro pauschal plus 500€ Kaution. Ich suche nach einer respektvollen und vertrauenswürdigen Person, der ich meine Wohnung für diese Zeit anvertrauen kann. Keine Haustiere und rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Ich weiß, es ist sehr teuer, aber das ist leider das, was ich wegen Staffelmiete selbst zahlen muss. Dafür ist sie aber schön ruhig und in einer unschlagbaren Gegend.

I know it’s quite expensive, but because of graduated rent this is what I pay as well. At least it is in an unbeatable area and very quiet.
Meine persönliche Lieblingsgegend von Berlin - nahe des Landwehrkanals und viele Bars, Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhaus gelegen. Gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
My personal favorite area of Berlin - near the canal and a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Still quiet because it's in the backyard. Good connection with public transport.
