2,5 Wochen in Neukölln - 1 Zimmer Wohnung, ohne Anmeldung // 2,5 weeks in Neukölln - 1 Bedroom apartment, no registration

Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof im ersten Stock und man bekommt deswegen ganz wenig von den Geräuschen der Sonnenallee. Es gibt kein Aufzug. Die Lage ist optimal, da man ~ 7 Min zu Fuß von U-bahn Rathaus Neukölln entfernt ist, 10min zu Hermmanplatz, und die Buslinie M41 fährt vor der Tür.
Es Gibt eine Bio Company und ein Netto um die Ecke und sonst gibt es noch die Neukölln Arcaden ganz nah. Man ist auch ganz schnell auf der Weserstraße wo es viele Bars und Restaurants gibt, und ein bisschen weiter gibt's das schöne Weigandufer.

The apartment is in the back of the building so you do not hear all the noise of the Sonnenallee. It is in the first floor without elevator. The area is great, you are about a 7 min walk away from the metro station Rathaus Neukölln, 10min to Hermannplatz and the bus line M41 runs in front of the door.
There is a Bio Company and Netto supermarkets around the corner and the Neukölln Arcaden shopping center nearby. The Weserstraße is also very close with a lot of bars and restaurants, and a bit further you'll be at the canal.

Ich suche jemanden zuverlässig, die/der sich eventuell auf meine Pflanzen besser kümmern kann als ich, und mit den Energiekosten ein bisschen aufpassen kann :) Bitte bei Interesse einfach schreiben! Ich kann gerne Fragen beantworten :)
