Hallo, teure Interessent*innen, ich gehe auf Reisen und suche eine*n Wohnungs- und Pflanzenhüter*in. Die Wohnung ist ein Kleinod, 4. Etage, supersonnig (selbst im grauen Berliner Winter) mit freundlicher Nachbar- und Hausgemeinschaft. Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, Küche mit Speisekammer, Balkon. Blick auf den Kanal und direkt im Reuterkiez, nahe U-Bahn Schönleinstraße. Komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wäre sehr happy mit einer aufmerksamen, wertschätzenden Person, die sich hier wohlfühlt. Das Wichtigeste ist mir gegenseitige Sympathie - alles andere ist absolut zweitrangig. Ich bevorzuge eine Einzelperson, ein Paar könnte natürlich dennoch hier sein, dann würden sich die Kosten erhöhen. Zusätzlich zur Miete addieren sich Strom und Gas - dies wird nach Verbrauch abgerechnet, außerdem würde ich um Hinterlegung einer Kaution bitten. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich, die Hausverwaltung bekommt aber Bescheid. Freue mich auf Rückmeldungen/ Fragen/ Anfragen, eine Besichtigung ist jederzeit und kurzfristig möglich.

Hi dear folks. I am going to be out of town for about some time - leaving winter behind - and I would love to welcome you to my single-apartment at Reuter-Kiez Neukölln. Living-/Bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, big kitchen, balcony, 4th floor. Bright, light, cozy, furnished, quiet but perfectly located for all kinds of trips, adventures and needs. Right across the street there is the Kanal, 3 different grocery stores next to each other, Cafés, restaurants, bars, Spätis, U-Bahnhof Schönleinstraße is 5 minutes away. I am preferably looking for a single person but 2 would also fit. I am also looking for someone who stays the whole time offered (12th december to 18th of march). It would be lovely and also kind of necessary to take care of my plants. Unfortunatly no Anmeldung possible, but the landlord will be informed about your stay. The rent is about 800, then there will be added electricity and gas based on the use and I would kindly ask for a deposit.
I am going to hand you over my beloved home so I would very much like to find a person who appreciates the place, the surroundings, the great vibes of this part of town and is an easy-going and shining individual.
