Hello,
I am subletting my apartment for about three weeks while l visit my parents. The apartment is fully furnished, however I still have NO INTERNET.
It is 2 minutes walk to Leinestraße U-Bahn station, and 10 minutes walk to the Ring Bahn. Very busy area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Schiller Kiez is only 5 minutes walk.
The apartment has a small balcony with a view on a nearby park/cemetery. Fitted kitchen/living room, wish washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Small bedroom. Very bright and comfortable.
3rd floor, very quiet, and very clean.
Dates are flexible. I prefer someone who works, and someone who is very clean and tidy.
Total rent is 700, deposit is 700. You get the deposit back once I come back and check that everything is well taken care of.
