1,5 rooms directly at the canal in the heart of Neukölln

I'm renting my quiet, nice apartment from mid-April to mid-May - the dates are flexible (can also be the full month of May) but I'm renting for maximum 5 weeks (!!). The flat consists of a large living room, a smaller bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bathroom - perfect for one or two people.

LOCATION

The flat is located directly on the canal in the heart of Neukölln, but in the quiet part. Within a few minutes walk you are in the lively Weserstraße or Wildenbruchstraße with its cafes, bars and small stores. The connection is very good via a bus stop directly in front of the door, it is a twelve-minute walk to the Ringbahn and five minutes to Sonnenallee. In the immediate surroundings you’ll find several supermarkets, a bouldering hall, a yoga studio, etc.

The bedroom goes out to the quiet courtyard where you hear nothing except for the birds. The living room is very bright and overlooks the canal.

EQUIPMENT

The apartment has a brand new kitchen including appliances and is fully equipped in terms of furniture. Fast internet and a height-adjustable desk are available, all you need to work from home. There’s also a 1.40m double bed and a large sleeping couch.


ORGANISATION

The rent includes electricity, heating, water, internet and covers only the actual costs plus a surcharge for the property management (you, by the way, would like to have a copy of your passport to keep it all legal). If you move in mid-month, the property management would ask you to pay the surcharge of 96€ for the second month, too.

In addition, I’m asking for a deposit of 250 euros, which I hope to pay you back in full. I would also ask you to water my plants.

Hallo Leute,

ich vermiete meine ruhige, schöne Wohnung von Mitte April bis Mitte Mai – die Daten können wir flexibel aushandeln (kann auch nur der ganze Mai sein, in jedem Fall maximal (!) 5 Wochen). Es handelt sich um ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, Flur, Küche, Bad – perfekt für eine oder zwei Personen.

LAGE

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kanal im Herzen Neukölln, aber im ruhigen Teil. Innerhalb weniger Fußminuten ist man trotzdem in der belebten Weserstraße oder der Wildenbruchstraße mit ihren Cafés, Bars und kleinen Läden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut über eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, zur Ringbahn sind es zwölf Minuten zu Fuß, zur Sonnenallee fünf Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, eine Boulderhalle, ein Yogastudio etc.

Das Schlafzimmer geht zum ruhigen Hof raus, dort hört man nichts bis auf die Vögel. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und mit Blick auf den Kanal.

AUSSTATTUNG

Die Wohnung hat eine ganz neue Küche mitsamt Geräten und ist möbeltechnisch komplett ausgestattet. Schnelles Internet und ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch sind vorhanden, man kann dort super arbeiten. Es gibt ein 1,40m Doppelbett und eine ausziehbare Couch.


ORGANISATION

Die Miete ist warm, also inklusive Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet und deckt nur die tatsächlichen Kosten plus einen Zuschlag für die Hausverwaltung ab. Die hätte noch gerne eine Kopie eures Persos/ Reisepasses. Je nachdem, wann ihr einzieht (beim ganzen Monat), verringert sich der Zuschlag für die Hausverwaltung um die Hälfte.

Zudem veranschlage ich eine Kaution von 250 Euro, die ich euch hoffentlich vollständig zurückzahlen kann. Ich würde euch außerdem bitten, meine Pflanzen zu gießen.
