wegen Abwesenheit wird die Wohnung für einen kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt angeboten :)
Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern und einem Balkon mit südlicher Ausrichtung.
Hier lässt sich als entspannt frühstücken oder den Abend genießen.
Wir bitten um Rücksicht auf unsere Regeln bzgl. Keine Parties, kein Rauchen, bestimmte Gegenstände nicht zu benutzen und generell natürlich sich sozial zu verhalten. Heutzutage ist das leider immer öfter nicht mehr der Fall.

Due to absence apartment is offered for a short stay :)
It consists of 3 rooms and a south-facing balcony.
Here you can have a relaxed breakfast or enjoy the evening.
We ask that you respect our rules regarding no parties, no smoking, not using certain items and, of course, generally behaving socially. Unfortunately, this is often no longer the case these days.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Oberschöneweide mit recht guter Anbindung zur Stadt über zwei Wege (via Sbhf Schöneweide oder via Sbhf Karlshorst) un man kommt in 30-40 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz.
Über Schöneweide fährt ein Bus direkt vor der Tür. Nach Karlshorst muss man nur 7 Minuten zum Busaufen. Ein REWE, Aldi und dm sind auch um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in Oberschöneweide with very good connections to the city via two routes (via Sbhf Schöneweide or via Sbhf Karlshorst) and you can get to Alexanderplatz in 30-40 minutes.
A bus runs via Schöneweide directly in front of the door. To Karlshorst you only have to walk 7 minutes to get to the bus. A REWE, Aldi and dm are also around the corner.
