Untermiete: 6 Tage nahe Prenzlauer Berg (16.05.24-22.05.24)

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für etwa 6 Tage unter.
Bezüglich des Beginns bzw. dem Ende der Miete bin ich für 1-2 Tage relativ flexibel. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, durch Rollos vor den Fenstern kann man aber sicherstellen, dass man seine Privatsphäre hat.

Hinter dem Haus ist ein sehr schöner Gemeinschaftsgarten, der vor allem im Sommer (kann aber natürlich auch jetzt gemütlich sein mit Decke🌚)

Da die Hausgemeinschaft eher ruhig ist, sind ausschweifende Hauspartys nicht möglich, aber dafür lässt sich im Berliner Nachtleben sicherlich eine Alternative auftreiben😉

Es wäre schön, wenn ihr kurz etwas zu euch sagen könntet, wenn ihr euch für die Wohnung interessiert:)

I am subletting my flat for about 6 days.
I am relatively flexible for 1-2 days at the beginning and end of the rental period. The flat is on the ground floor, but you can make sure that you have your privacy with roller blinds in front of the windows.

There is a very nice communal garden behind the house, which is especially nice in summer (but can of course also be cosy now with a blanket🌚).

Since the house community is rather quiet, excessive house parties are not possible, but you can certainly find an alternative in Berlin's nightlife😉

It would be nice if you could briefly say something about yourself if you are interested in the flat :)
