SWAP/Cozy flat between Prenzel Berg and Pankow/swap

I would love to SWAP my apartment with someone who lives in Prenzlauer Berg, Pakow, Mitte or Wedding. :)

A 1-room apartment with a total rent of approximately 435.35 € is available for exchange. Located in a quiet area, directly at the S-Bahn station Pankow. I am looking for a 1-2 room apartment WITH a balcony in Berlin (Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding, or Mitte) instead.

You can expect a large room with a modern tiled bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious kitchen, including a sink and electric stove. If you like, I can gladly leave some furniture for you in the flat. :)

Access to public transportation is easy, with a tram stop for line M1 and a bus stop (Neumannstraße/Kissingenstraße) located within walking distance right in front of the house. It's just 7 minutes to the U-Bahn U2 "Pankow S + U" and 20 minutes to S+U Alexanderplatz.

Eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einer Gesamtmiete von ca. 435,35 € steht zum Tausch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, direkt am S-Bahnhof Pankow. Ich suche stattdessen eine 1-2 Zimmer Wohnung MIT Balkon in Berlin (Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding oder Mitte).

Du kannst dich auf ein großes Zimmer mit einem modernen gefliesten Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einer geräumigen Küche, inklusive Spüle und Elektroherd freuen. Wenn gewünscht, kann ich dir gerne einige Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. :)

Der Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist einfach, mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie M1 und einer Bushaltestelle (Neumannstraße/Kissingenstraße) in fußläufiger Entfernung direkt vor dem Haus. Es sind nur 7 Minuten zur U-Bahn U2 "Pankow S + U" und 20 Minuten zum S+U Alexanderplatz.
