I am subletting my Wohnung. The flat is extremely lighted, located in a 4th floor (Hinterhaus). It is divided in 3 rooms: Wohnzimmer, Badzimmer and kitchen. The flat itself is fully equipped (except for the Wohnzimmer, check note below).
The kitchen counts with a fridge, electric kitchen and washing machine. There are plenty IKEA Regals to accommodate your stuff.
I am looking to rent this flat to a responsible professional (man/woman) who intend to stay in the flat for at least one year. Preferentially a no smokers (since the flat has no balkony).
A Schufa (solicitar ahora) document will be highly considered. Please bring it to the interview (I will remind you)

**NOTE: I am relocating the following items: couch, carpet, coffee machine, TV, air purifier, desktop chair and lamps. All the rest remains as shown in the pictures.

6min walking distance to Wollankstrasse S-bahn (S1, S25) - you connect to Friederichstrasse in 10min, Gesundbrunnen(5min).
4min walking distance to M1 Tram line - you connect to Pankow (3min) and Schonehause All (10min).

The place is calm, quite and light. No noisy neighbours, and definitively no crazy parties from neighbours (the same behaviour is expected from you!).
There are multiple park options and the BurgerPark Pankow just next door.
Kaufland and Rewe in 4 min walk. A bar is located next to the main entrance of the building (it is a chill place to have a beer!)

**The Caution is meant to be paid within the first two month rents (so 300EUR each month). Or all together within the first rent. This is a security deposit for the furniture that is in the flat, which will be reviewed before and after your stay in the flat (with you, of course!).
