Hey friends,
I'm looking for someone who would like to take over my contract for my bright and fully furnished one-room apartment. Anmeldung is possible. Longterm is possible after initial contract of six months.
The rent is all-inclusive which means electricity and internet are included and there will be no additional costs. If it is two people then add 50 euro. It's a studio but the kitchen area is completely separated from the living area. The kitchen is very modern and the furniture is as good as new.
The apartment is located in Pankow. Near the S+U Pankow. You can be in 5 minutes at Schöhnhauseralle and enjoy the variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants. And in 20 min. at Alex.
Part of the building is a Späti and a waschsalon. You won't need a washing machine.
The house management speaks also english. They are very helpful in case you have problems.
For further questions and an appointment to see the place contact me.
P.S: The pictures are of a similar apartment in the same building. I am taking new ones of the place after cleaning.
