Im subletting my flat for 2-3 months. The exact move in dates are flexible. You could move in from now.
If you are interested, please send a message with some infos on you. We can arrange a time for you to come and see the flat, and so you can get keys and we can sign the contract.
The contract is just for us, Anmeldung is not possible.
You have a french balcony to sit by in the morning or night. Sunlight is coming in the mornings until noon. I'd be glad if you can water my tree from time to time :)
The flat is located in the beautiful Kollwitzkiez, in Prenzlauer Berg.
The city center (Alexanderplatz) is reached within 12 minutes by Tram.
A supermarket (Lidl) is found 2 minutes from the place.
There are many bars, restaurants and cafes in the street and neighbourhood. A park with an all day sun view is found right down the street. Even tho the neighbourhood is very alive, the street itself is very calm and quiet.
