The appartment is convenient and very nice for Berlin standards. Located on a first floor with almost no stairs, with nice views in the street and very sunny and warm.
There is a living room with a sofa, a desk and a double bed. It has some plants and a good atmosphere. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and fridge but not dishwasher. There is a washing machine that wash clothes in less than an hour and can also dry. There is a shower with curtains.
The flat is in the center of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the best areas in Berlin with a lot of restaurants, bars, ice cream places and shops. The neighborhood is rather high class (there are no drug addicts or conflicts like in some other areas of Berlin). It is 15 minutes away from Alexander Platz by tram and around 15 minutes walking to Mauerpark.
The rent is until the 1st of November: 1220€ / month and there is a 600€ deposit.
I'm looking for someone to take care of the appartment, keep it clean and water the plants.
