Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Danziger Straße 100, fast an der Ecke Winsstraße. Sie liegt im Vorderhaus, Hochparterre. Die Haltestelle Winsstraße der M10 ist 50 m entfernt. Mit der M10 kommst du direkt zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof oder an die Warschauer Straße. Zu den S-Bahn-Stationen Prenzlauer Berg oder Greifswalder Straße (beides Ringbahn) sind es jeweils ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit der M4 (ca. 5 Min.) bist du in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 200 m entfernt.

The apartment is located at Danziger Straße 100, almost at the corner of Winsstraße. It is located in the front building, raised first floor. The Winsstraße stop of the M10 is 50 meters away. The M10 takes you directly to Berlin's main train station or to Warschauer Straße. The S-Bahn stations Prenzlauer Berg or Greifswalder Straße (both Ringbahn) are about 12 minutes away on foot. With the M4 (approx. 5 min.) you are at Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is 200 m away.

In den Nebenkosten von EUR 207 sind Vorauszahlungen für Strom und Gas (Heizen und Warmwasser), Internet, und die sonstigen Nebenkosten enthalten. Strom und Gas werden am Ende der Mietperiode nach Verbrauch mit der Vorauszahlung abgerechnet.
Mindestmietdauer sind 2 Monate. Maximal kann ich die Wohnung bis Ende März 2025 vermieten.

The service charges of EUR 207 include advance payments for electricity and gas (heating and hot water), internet and other service charges. Electricity and gas are billed at the end of the rental period according to consumption with the advance payment.
The minimum rental period is 2 months. I can rent the apartment until the end of March 2025.
