Im subletting my flat from the 18th of february, for 3-4 weeks. Im flexible to your preferred dates. The rent is shown for a full month.
The flat is located in the beautiful Kollwitzkiez, where you can find restaurants, bars, cafes and parks right in the street.
The area is very safe and alive. The street itself is covered in cobblestone, so that there is almost no car noise.
LIDL and Edeka are reachable within two minutes of walking. Public transport as well. A drive to the center (Alexanderplatz) takes 10-15 minutes.
The apartment has a washing/drying mashine and a full set kitchen. The deposit is one monthly rent. Of course you get everything right back when returning the keys!
Im looking for someone who is currently in Berlin and ready to come by see the flat. We will set up a simple contract, so that both parties are safe in any case. There is no option for Anmeldung.
Of course, good WIFI is included
