Altbau-Apartment in Prenzlauer Berg April/Mai

ENGLISH BELOW - 2 MONTHS RENT (APRIL, MAY)

Hey, ich bis zum 01.06.2024 nicht in Berlin und vermiete mein Apartment für diesen Zeitraum. :)

Die 34qm-Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhof und ist dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Ring-Bahn ist etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, direkt vor der Tür ist eine Tram-Station (Thomas-Mann-Straße), es gibt mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Alnatura, Rossmann, DM, Apotheke) und nebenan gibt es einen Späti.

Zur Ausstattung:
Ich habe immer ein paar Vorräte da (Gewürze, Kaffee, …), die du gerne benutzen kannst. Außerdem:
- Toaster
- Wasserkocher
- Sandwichmaker
- Bialetti
- Backofen und Herd
- Waschmaschine
- Badewanne
- Smart-TV
- Wlan

Die Miete von 900 ist monatlich - insgesamt als 1.800 Euro, dafür sind alle Kosten abgedeckt. Ich nehme eine Kaution in Höhe von 250 Euro, die ihr natürlich wieder zurück bekommt, wenn nichts kaputt ist. :)

Falls notwendig, kann die Wohnung auch schon ein paar Tage vorher bezogen werden. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

Hey, I am renting my flat until 1st of June because I won't be in town. :)

The 34sqm apartment is in a quiet backyard but still centrally located. The Ring-Bahn is about 3 minutes walk away, directly in front of the door is a tram (Thomas-Mann-Straße), there are several supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Alnatura, Rossmann, DM, pharmacy) and next door is a Späti.

About the equipment:
I always have some supplies there (spices, coffee, ...) that you are welcome to use. Also:
- toaster
- electric kettle
- sandwich maker
- Bialetti
- oven and stove
- washing machine
- bathtub
- smart TV
- wifi

Registration is unfortunately not possible.

The rent is 900 euros monthly, I'll take a deposit of 250 euros. Of course you’ll get it back if nothing is broken.
