I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in Prenzlauerberg. There is a rather large tiled bathroom, and an American style kitchen off a large room with hard wood floors and 3 tall windows. The entire apartment is very bright, ideal for a couple or someone living on their own.
Rent is 400euro per month warm. The apartment will be available from September 1st (1 year lease) Deposit is under 3 months rent, its €900
It is unfurnished but I will be happy to leave a fully equipped bed and a large writing desk. There is plenty of storage space in the entrance hall.
Its 5 minutes walk from Helmholzplatz, 2 mins walk from Prenzlauer Allee Sbahn ring and M2 tram stop.
3rd floor, Wichertstr 46, Prenzlauerberg.
