One Room Apartment in bright quiet Prenzlauer Berg location

Because of a family members illness I need to leave Berlin as soon as possible.

I live in a 37sqm flat not far from Schönhauser Allee and Bornholmer Str, the street is very quiet and the apartment looks into the courtyard. It is a one room flat, so the living room/bedroom are shared. This is overcome with an installed high bed, which is very large and can easily accommodate a King-size mattress. The apartment naturally has high ceilings and the room is illuminated by two old-fashioned doubled glazed windows.

There is a kitchen with fitted shelves, sink, gas cooker, washing machine/dishwasher connection and a worktop. The bathroom has an internal-window, sink with mirror & a bath/shower combination. The gas boiled is located here.

The rent is €295 including cold water, €295 is what you pay to the landlord each month. On top of this you will need to pay for the gas & electricity to your company of choice and Internet. I am not signed up with any Internet supplier so the choice is yours, there are also cable-TV connections.

As part of the deal there is a €150 non-negotiable charge for the furniture which consists of a sofa bed, easy-chair, bookshelf, installed desk with two chairs, wicker laundry basket, small kitchen stand unit, kitchen shelf & bathroom sink unit. Also included are pots, pans, glasses, utensils & plates. You will need a fridge.

I have lived here only since 1st May but I have not spent any time here due to the aforementioned problem. The flat is clean but needs a little refurbishment, refurbishments to improve the flat but not required by the landlord or myself. I received the flat in the same condition that I will hand it to you.

The deposit is a standard three months cold rent of €765.

When I have found a suitable person I will approach the landlord and you can take over the contract. This is the same way I got the flat. If possible I would like someone to move in on the 1st July which I'm aware is only a few days away.
