I am going to be away from Berlin for a couple of months this summer and would like to rent out my appartment.
It is a lovely 1-bedroom appartment with high ceilings, a washing machine, a shower and tub, kitchen and microwave.
I live in a very quiet area, the neighbours are families or working professionals. The weiße See is very close to my appartment, so one can go jogging or walking at the lake.
Public transport is also very convenient- the M4,12, M12 depart from here. Greifswalder Straße is the nearest S-bahn station.
There are a number of shops on the Antonplatz, and two spermarkets nearby. Netto is just a minute's walk away, Edeka, can be reached within two minutes.
The place is suitable for students, professinals or couples.
I would like to rent it out to someone who is maybe just starting off in Berlin or who wants to enjoy the Berlin summer
