Ich vermiete meine charmante helle alt-bau Wohnung im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Wohnung ist 38m2 groß und perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet: ein großes Zimmer mit 140x200cm Bett, Couch, Esstisch, 2 kleinen Kommoden und wunderschöne Holzdielung; eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Es befindet sich im Hinterhof in einer Seitenstrasse von der Schönhauser Allee und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Ihr könnt dank den sehr guten Lage und Verkehrsverbindungen schnell überall in Berlin sein: S- und U-Bahn Station Schönhauser Allee (auf der Ring, 30 min von Tegel und 45 min von Schönefeld) ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die U2 nimmt euch in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz, die Straßenbahn M10 in 15 Minuten am Hackescher Markt.
Der Mauerpark, seine berühmten sonntagigen Karaoke und Flohmarkt (nicht verpassen) sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In 250m Umkreis: 24Uhr geöffnete Kaisers, Bio-Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bank, Schlecker, Kino...und ganz viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants.
Ich bin im Urlaub zwischen Freitag den 12. Aug und Sonntag den 28. August, deswegen stelle ich meine schöne Wohnung zu Verfügung. Ich wäre Euch sooooo dankbar, wenn ihr meine kleinen Fenster Pflanzen drei-vier Mal gießen könntet :)

I'm renting my charming little appartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. It's a sunny and very calm 38m2 appartment, with one big room with a queen-sized bed (140x200), a couch, a dining table and 2 little dressers; a little fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
It lays in a sidestreet from Schönhauser Allee in the backyard, therefore is really quiet. Thanks to the really good location and public transportation system you can be everywhere in Berlin within little travelling time. You will reach S- and U-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee (on the "Ring", 30 minutes away from Tegel Airport and 45 min from Schönefeld Airport) in 5 minutes time, the U2 line is bringing you to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes, the tram line M10 to Hackescher Markt in 15 Minutes.
The Mauerpark with its famous sunday fleamarket and openair Karaoke (don't miss it!) is 10 minutes away (on foot). You will find in 250m perimeter one 24/24 supermarket (Kaisers), a bio supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a drugstore, a cinema... and tons of cute little coffees and restaurants.
