Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Teil Prenzlauer-Bergs , in die nähe von MauerPark - gute Verkehr- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr sicher und kinderfreundlich.
Wir suchen Nachmieter die das Hochbett, das wir gebaut haben, und vielleicht auch ein paar andere Sache (die wir nicht mitnehmen können) übernehmen wollten.
Für den Mietvertrag sind die folgende erforderlich
-Kopie Personalausweis / Reisepass
-aktuelle Einkommensnachweise
-bei Selbständigkeit aktuelle BWA bzw. EÜ-Rechnung
-Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung

Beautiful apartment - free from middle September. We loved it, but now we must say goodbye.
It is situated in a quiet part of Prenzlauer Berg, close to Mauer Park, good transport and shopping possibilities , very safe and children-friendly.
We are looking for people that would like to take over the loft-bed we built and maybe other things (that we cannot take with us)
What is necessary for the rent contract :
-Copy of ID/Passport
-recent proof of income
-for freelancers BWA=business activity statement/ invoices
- Proof of non-existing rent debts
May be visited on the 3rd of September 11 to 15 o’clock. Just drop by. There will be a sign at the doorbell
