Ich suche eine_n Nachmieter_in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der M2, M8 und jeweils etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Alexanderplatz bzw. Senefelder Platz.
Die Wohnung hat etwa 30 m² und liegt sehr ruhig im 1. OG des Hinterhauses. Eine Waschmaschine steht in einem Waschkeller zur Verfügung und wird von mehreren Mietern gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

I'm looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Prenzlauer Berg with excellent connection to public transport (tram M2 and M8 right around the corner and a 7 minute walk from both S+U Alexanderplatz and U Senefelder Platz).
It is about 30 m² big, situated on the first floor. There's access to a washing machine in the basement which is collectively used by some of the other tenants.
