Sehr gute Infrastruktur: Tram (M13,50) direkt vor der Tür, S-Bahn (S8,S9,S85,S1,S2) 7min zu Fuß; 10 Minuten in den Kiez, 15 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz, 15 Minuten bis zur Friedrichstraße
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, alles fußläufig
Parks: Humboldthain, einer der größten und schönsten Parks Berlin in 12 Minuten erreichbar; für alle Karaokefans und Flohmarktgänger ist der Mauerpark nicht weit weg.
