I am subletting my one room flat with separate kitchen and bathroom. The location of my flat is perfect and very central. It is in one of the most exciting areas of Berlin with excellent transport links that will take you to any district in no time.
There is the M10 tram stop which is just 1minute from the door. Eberswalderstr. U2 is just down the road, and with a choice of S-bahn stations in either direction.
Besides the transport, there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Mauer park is very close-by.
The flat is fully furnished with all that you require for your stay in Berlin. So no need to worry about furniture and utensils! With huge windows there is plenty of daylight that illuminates the flat. There is high speed DSL wireless internet, washing machine, oven, fridge (plus lots more in the kitchen), and of course heating for winter months.
It will be available from August and for long-term sublet.
The rent is 620EUR all inclusive of electricity, gas, heating, internet..

Da ich für einige Zeit ins Ausland gehe, biete ich meine schöne helle Wohnung im die mitten im Szenekiez Prenzlauer Berg liegt zur Zwischenmiete an. Mittendrin aber trotzdem ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer, Flur, Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Mit Gross Fensters hat viel Sonne jeden tag.
Die Wohnung bleibt voll möbliert. Ich überlasse dir sonst alles was man zum gemütlichen Leben braucht.
Die Küche ist einfach nur praktisch eingerichtet (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spüle, Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine,Teller, Töpfe, Besteck, usw...).
Der Location ist ganz gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier jede Menge...Kaisers, Bioläden, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi.. in der nahe auch vielen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Ärzte...
Die Tram M10 und die U-Bahn Eberswalderstr. sind am schnellsten zu erreichen. Und die S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer Alle oder Schönhauser Alle sind nicht weit.
Zur Kastanienallee ist es nicht weit (5min und fußläufig) und nach Mitte, nach Kreuzberg, und nach Friedrichshain kommt man schnell.
Ich freue mich meine geliebte Wohnung an jemanden, nur langzeitzwischenvermieten für die Zeit von August 2012 bis nachste Jahr 2013 zwischenvermieten.
Die Miete ist 620EUR warm, inklusiv strom, gas, internet, heizung,wasser und nebenskosten.
