Fantastic located in a small and quite street of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the most beautiful and lively areas of Berlin. Shops, galleries, supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants and parks in the area. 4 minutes from the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden (shopping mall) and Schönhauser Allee station. Very calm house, not noisy, nice neighbours.

The house is an old building that was completely renovated in 2006.
