ich vermiete mein wundervolles Appartment im Herzen des Prenzlauerberg. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines sanierten Altbaus. Sie ist hell und ruhig, hat einen schönen Dielenfußboden und ist voll möbliert. Es gibt einen großen Wohn- und Schlafraum, eine Kochecke, ein Badezimmer und einen großen Balkon zum großen, grünen und ruhigen Hof. Eine wunderbarer Ort, um mitten in Berlin und doch sehr entspannt zu leben.
Die Kollwitzstraße ist eine der schönsten Straßen im Prenzlauerberg, sehr zentral gelegen. In der direkten Umgebung findest du viele Cafes, Restaurants, die Kulturbrauerei mit Kino, Konzertbühnen und Clubs. Auf dem Kollwitzplatz gibt es einen schönen Wochenmarkt, ein großer Biomarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt, andere Supermärkte sind in der Nähe.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: zwei Tramlinien (M2
zum Alexanderplatz, M10 nach Friedrichshain) direkt vor der Haustüre, die U2 Eberswalderstr. und die S-Bahn Prenzlaueralle (Ringbahn) jeweils knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg.

Hi,
i am sub-renting my wonderful apartment. It is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, a young, vibrant and central area. The apartment is bright and quiet, fully furnished and has a large balcony facing the green and quiet court yard. The location is ideal: Plenty of cafes, bars, stores and cinemas in the neighborhood. Public transport is excellent: two trams (M2 and M10), U2 Eberswalderstraße and S-Bahn Prenzlauerallee are within walking distance (between 2 and 10 minutes).
