Hallo,
ich fahr Juli/Aug. auf eine Malworkshop und suche für die Zeit einen Zwischenmieter. Meine Wohnung ist im offenen Stil mit einem großen (30m2) Zimmer als eine gemütliche Wohneinheit ausgebaut. Sie ist "alternativ" eingerichtet und ideal für Paare. Zusätzlich lässt sich ein Futonsofa ausbreiten, so dass bis zu 4 Personen hier übernachten können.
Die Küche ist offen an den Flur angeschlossen, mit einem kleine Tresen und einer rustikalen Küchenzeile. Alle nötigen Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Auch sonst ist alles zum gemütlichen Leben notwendige vorhanden. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, jemanden mein kleines Reich in den nächsten Wochen überlassen zu können.

I gonna rent my charming little one-room appartment for the upcoming weeks from July the 21. until August the 16. If you look for a place that pretty central, with very good public transport access and a lively and neat neigbourhood, you might wonna have a look at this.
The flat is in the backyard, at the third floor with a window at the southern side. So its quiete and sunny. The room has prox. 30 m2 big, there is a little flor and a little kitchen, and a little bathroom with tube and shower.
I will leave all my stuff in, so there is everything you need, from towels to espressomachine. The bed ist futonsize, ideal for couples, and there is a futonsofa, which can give an extra sleeping-place.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Prenzlauer Berg. Den Helmholzplatz und viele weitere Kaffees findet man quasi vor der Tür. Ebenso die U-Bahn Eberswalder Str. oder der S-Bahnanschluss Schönhauser Allee, der direkt auf der Ringbahn liegt.
Kaisers, Netto und der Kreuzburger sind nur wenige Meter bis wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
Der Mauerpark befindet sich 8 min Fußweg von hier. Die Fahr zum Alexanderplatz dauert alles in allem ca. 15 min.
The area around is central Prenzlauer Berg with all its charming cafés and bars. The Mauerpark lyes just a few minutes far away, so does the u-bahn Eberswalder Str. and Schönhauser Allee. The neigbouhood belongs to Helmholzplatz. There is a really good Burgerladen just at the next corner, and a few Italiens, Thais and so on.
To get to Alexanderplatz might take you approx. 15 minutes with the U2.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Inmitten des Helmholzkiezes, in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Kollwitzkiez mit seinen Boutiquen und Kaffes, der Kulturbrauerei und vielem mehr. Gleichzeitig erhält man über den unsanierten, aber offenen Hinterhof einen direkten Zugang zu postwende Berliner Charm.
