I am looking for a NON-SMOKING, RESPONSIBLE person that can pay rent on time, to subrent my studio apartment. 250 per week.
Since I am taking out most of my furnitures, the studio comes furnished with a comfortable mattress, closet and a kitchen with a few utilities. It is ready to use. No Laundry machine in the building- There is a Laundry place right in the Hufelandstrasse.
It is located in a very nice area of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Cool cafés and restaurants.
Across the apartment is a sweet little park to hang out.
It takes 5 min to get to ALEXANDERPLATZ or to PRENZLAUER ALLEE Ring-Bahn station by TRAM M2.

Ich suche eine vernünftige, Nicht-Raucher Person, für meine süße, möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung.250 pro Woche.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit: 140x200 Matratze und ein im Flur eingebauter Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist simple ausgestattet. Keine Wasch-oder Geschirrspülmaschine. Ein Waschcenter ist direkt in der Hufelandstrasse. Kein TV.
Einige Möbel auf den Fotos werden nicht vorhanden sein, oder noch aus der Wohnung genommen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr angenehmen Gegend des Prenzlauer Berges. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Park mit Spielanlage und ganz nah ist der Friedrichhain Park hervorragend zum Joggen geeignet.
Kollwitzplatz, Hufelandstrasse etc... alles um die Ecke.
Mit Tram in 5min am Alexanderplatz oder zur Ring-Bahn Station Prenzlauer Allee.
