Schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung direkt am Kollwitzplatz.
Meine wunderbare Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet, jedoch verfügt sie nicht über einen Waschmaschine.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgesprochen gut, mit der M2 ist man in wenigen Minuten am Alexanderplatz oder an der Ringbahn. Die U2 (Senefelderplatz) ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Vor allem aber die Lage Rund um den Kollwitzplatz mit Cafés, kleinen Geschäften, Bars und einem schönen Wochenmarkt lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen.
Selbstverständlich sind sämtliche Supermarkte (LPG, Edeka, Kaisers, Rewe usw.) um die Ecke.

This well furnished, good located Apartement in one of the nicest areas in Berlin- the one and only Prenzlauer Berg, is available for short-term.
Public-transportation is very likely 3 minutes from door to stop, in almost 5 minutes the M2 brings you to the Alexanderplatz or to the Ringbahn, the U2 is walking distance.
Not just scrawling around the neighborhood, sitting in nice cafés and restaurants its almost impossible to avoid, but also grocery shopping is easy (one of berlins nieces farmers market, rewe, kaisers,edema etc.).

I love living here, theres not much to add. But I'm searing for a nice, calm and clean person how will be good to my beloved home.

PS: THIS APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR ONE PERSON WITHOUT PETS.
