Hello everyone,
I am offering my lovely apartment for sublet for at least three months with the option to take over the contract afterwards. The rent includes everything (rent, utilities, internet, furniture...). All you need to do is bring your clothes and you are ready to go. The location is perfect and very accessible with public transportation. M1, 50 and 13 tram right under the house and U2, Ringbahn just 6-8 minutes walk. Plenty of supermarkets in the area (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Penny...) and Rossmann and DM just around the corner. A lot of restaurants and Cafes around and Schönhauser Allee Arcaden is very close as well. Mauer Park is just 8 min walk. The apartment is situated in the inner courtyard so its absolutely quiet. The floor plan is as follows: the large space of the bedroom/living room is separated from the kitchen and the bathroom which are two separate areas in the flat. The apartment is fully renovated with nice high ceilings and plenty of light.
