I am leaving my furnished one-bedroom apartment after little over a year in Prenzlauer Berg. It has a decent-sized kitchen, a bathroom (with shower and a window) and a large bedroom. The building has been completely renovated and now the flat also has a balcony.
I will not be taking the furniture with me so write ONLY if you are willing to rent it with the furniture, appliances and utensils (which will cost 600 Euros total)
The location couldn't be better. It is between three tram lines (M10, M2 and M4) which you will take from 2 to 8 minutes to reach. From here to Alexanderplatz its 15 minutes and to the U2 Eberswalderstr. it takes 10. S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee is two tram stops away. If the weather is good you can walk to the Mauerpark and to Volkspark-Friedrichshain.
The neighborhood is very charming, full of cafés and restaurants, but the street itself is really quiet. There's a Kaiser's two blocks away, a lot of Bio supermarkets nearby and near Prenzlauer Allee station Penny and Lidl too.
As was said above, the apartment is furnished and I will be answering only if you are willing to keep the furniture for the low price of 600 euros. This gives you a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, bathroom furniture and a bedroom with a double bed, book shelves, lamps, a clothes-hanger, a lovely table and plenty of chairs. Bring your clothes and linen and you've moved in!
I was instructed to ask for the following things by the owner:
Schufa (solicitar ahora)
Proof of income
ID or passport
Insurance (if you have one)
Proof of absence of debt (Mietschuldfreiheitsbescheinigung) from your previous landlord.
and a form I will send you by mail.
Ich spreche auch Deutsch. Eu falo português. Hablo español!
Visits will take place on Monday Dec. 7h and Tuesday Dec. 8th. Please bring a copy of the documents above so I can speed up the process.
Hope to hear from you!
Victor
