The one side of the flat full of windows is not in the pictures.
The flat should be rented today or tomorrow as my job life is taking me out of Germany now.
You should be a decent person with a respect for my time pressure - the flat is a sublease for two month at first. You get a good flat, with emty furniture for becoming main tenant after two month cause I do need the basement.
Actually the flat is the best claiming for middle professionals in electronic music, film, media - as I lived in Prenzlauer Berg now for two years.

The living house you recognise at the huge Paiting at the wall, there it is 3 Minutes to Mauerpark, the sport area, all restaurants, bars, shops, banks, parking and to public transport.
The Center of Prenzlauer Berg is full with party, tourists and hip happenings. Governal institutions as a hospital, a kindergarten, the football stadium, police you can find close as well. Inside the flat the sounds of the main street are away.
During the day it is quite light inside the flat.
