I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful one-bedroom apartment from March 2019 in the heart of the Helmoltzkiez (Raumerstraße at Helmoltzplatz) in Prenzlauer Berg. It´s a lovely, fully furnished, quite backhouse-apartment with a sunny south balcony in the best area in Berlin, surrounded by many many cafés, bars & restaurants.
As I will be moving abroad, I want to sell all my furniture of the apartment to the new tenant for 2,500€ (washing machine, fridge, bed + mattress, couch, carpet, table + chairs, mirrors, closet, cupboards, plates, cups, glasses, pots + pans, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, paintings, Samsung Flatscreen TV + Magnat speakers + digital Denon receiver, simply everything in the flat...)

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne, voll-möbilierte ruhige Hinterhaus-Wohnung mit einem sonnigen Südbalkon in der besten Lage in Berlin, in Mitten von Cafés, Bars & Restaurants.
Da ich ins Ausland ziehen werde, würde ich gerne meine gesamten Möbel an den Nachmieter für 2.500€ verkaufen (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bett + Matratze, Sofa, Tisch + Stühle, alle Schränke, Kommoden, Teppich, Spiegel, Geschirr, Töpfe, Tassen, Gläser, Garderobe, Staubsauger, Bilder, Samsung Flatscreen TV + Magnat Boxen + digitale Denon Stereoanlage, einfach alles in dieser Wohnung...)
Bei Interesse meldet euch bitte per Email und dann könnt ihr gerne vorbeikommen, um die Wohnung anzuschauen :) Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen.

Perfect Location next to Helmoltzplatz in Prenzlauer Berg, surrounded by amazing cafés, bars and restaurants. The apartment is in the backyard and therefore it is very quite.
The U2 station Eberswalderstraße is only 10 minutes by foot and the S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee also only 9 minutes away. The tram stations M10 Husemannstraße and M2 Fröbelstraße are only 5 minutes away.
