Hallo an alle die kurzfristig noch ein schönes warmes Weihnachtsnest suchen und gerne Silvester im multikulturellen Berlin verbringen wollen :)

Ich biete hier meine wunderschöne 2 Raum Wohnung mit Balkon in Prenzlauer Berg für 3 Wochen. Ggf. geht auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt aber nicht voll gestellt. Man hat also Platz sich selbst etwas auszubreiten.
Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen ausgestattet was man zum kreativen kochen brauch. Gas/induktions Herd...Wasserfilter und sämtliches Geschirr und Utensilien. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.
Über dem langen Flur erreicht man alle Zimmer separat. Die Wohnung bietet viel Raum und Privatsphäre selbst wenn man zu zweit drin wohnt.
Von dem großen und weitläufigen Wohnzimmer betrittst du einen Balkon auf dem man rauchen oder mal Luft holen kann.
Alle Fenster zeigen zum ruhigen Innenhof in dem es Bäume und Grünanlagen gibt.
Auch Das urtypische Berliner schlauchbad ist klein aber fein und verfügt über Tageslicht.
Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche liegen bereit.

Lage:



Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Kreuzung Bornholmer Str. und Schönhauser Allee. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top. Tram und S/U Bahn Flussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Bioläden, Cafés und vieles mehr direkt um die Ecke. Zum Alex braucht man 10 min mit der Bahn.

Die Wohnung ist keine Partywohnung ;)

Hello everyone who are looking for short term rent and a nice warm nest for Christmas and spend new year's Eve in multi-cultural Berlin :)

I offer my beautiful 2 room apartment with balcony in Prenzlauer Berg for 3 weeks in total.
The apartment is very clean and well maintained and provided all what is needed.
The kitchen is equipped with all what is necessary for creative cooking. Gas/induction stove... Water filters and all dishes and utensils. There is a washing machine and a fridge with freezer.
From the long corridor you can reach all rooms separately. The apartment offers plenty of space and privacy even when you live as a couple in there.
From the large and spacious living room you enter a balcony on which you can smoke or even take a breath deeply.
All windows facing the quiet courtyard where there are trees and greenery.
Also the original Berlin tube bathroom is small but fine and features natural daylight.
Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.

Location: The apartment is Bornholmer str. and Schönhauser Allee directly at the crossroad. Tram and S/U you reach within few minutes by feet. Supermarkets, health food stores, cafés and much more just around the corner. You need 10 min by train to the Alex.

The apartment is not an party apartment ;)
