Hi dear flat hunter,
Unfortunately i have to leave Berlin for short time due to work travel, so I m renting out my studio apartment for initially ~3 months ( can be extended to 4 or 5 months)- starting and ending date can be talked.
The apartment itself is fully furnished with King Size Bed, 55 Inch TV, Sofa, as well as Wi-FI, washing machine, and almost everything you will need for short stay :)
It has a quite big bathroom ( tbh too big for the flat's size but it is a good kind of too big)
It has a small balcony looking over one of the nicest street in P'Berg.
The building itself is built in 1900 ( high ceiling) but renovated in 2008, so it is quite new and has a camera controlled enterence (so it is quite safe).
There is a bike storage, so if you a have bike, you can keep it there during the rainy days of Berlin.
The flat is quite central, it is very close to many public transportation lines ( 3-5 minutes to U-Eberswalder, M10, M1, 12)
5 minutes away from Supermarkets, a lot of greats restaurants, cafes, bars are quite near by.
You can also walk in 10 minutes to Mauerparkt or 5 minutes to Kollowitzplatz to enjoy its saturday fleemarket.

It is a perfect flat for 1 person or maybe a couple. So if you are group of friends, this studio is probably not for you.
