Hallo!
Ich habe ein sonniges, ruhiges Ein-Zimmer-Appartment (37qm) zu vermieten. Aus den Fenstern blickt man in den Himmel und über die Dächer Berlins (4. Stock). Neben dem geräumigen Schlafzimmer und der Küche gibt es das Bad mit Wanne. Jedes der Zimmer hat Fenster zur Südseite, dadurch ist die Wohnung wunderbar hell.
Es gibt einen Grundstock an Möblierung: Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Bett, ein Nachttisch, sowie eine leere Kommode. Meine privaten Sachen sind alle raus. Du hast also Platz zum Ausbreiten.
In der Küche gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen, sowie Geschirr und Kochutensilien.
Eine Waschmaschine steht leider nicht zur Verfügung. Der nächste Waschsalon ist ca. 15 Min/1 km entfernt.
Um die Ecke ist der Volkspark Friedrichshain. Am Samstag findet ein paar Schritte zu Fuß die Straße entlang ein kleiner Wochenmarkt statt. Das Bötzowviertel ist familiär und sehr entspannt.
Zum Alexanderplatz fährt der Bus 10 Min. Außerdem ist die Gegend gut an das Tram-Netz (M10, M4) angeschlossen.
Die Wohnung kann ab dem 2. April für drei Monate oder weniger (mindestens eine Woche) gemietet werden.

Hey everyone!
I have a great One-Room-Appartment (37qm) available. It consists of a spacious sleeping-/lving room, a kitchen and a bath room with a tub. The flat is on the 4th floor and each room has windows to the south. So it's a very sunny flat, out of the windows you can look over the roofs and into the sky.
There is some basic furniture: A bed, a bedside table and an empty dresser in the room. My personal stuff is all gone. So you can spread yourself in the flat.
In the kitchen there is a table with chairs, as well as dishes and cooking utensils.
There is no washing machine in the flat, unfortunately. But the next washing saloon is about 15 min/1 km from the flat.
Just around the corner there is the huge Volkspark Friedrichshain. On saturdays there's a little market just a few steps down the street. The quarter, Bötzowviertel, is familial and easy-going.
There is a bus line going to Alexanderplatz every and in 10 Min. Moreover there are tram lines (M10, M4) close by.
The flat is available from the 2nd of april on, for three month rental or less (min. one week).
