Schöne Wohnung im Herzen Prenzlauerberg

Da ich am ende dieses Monat ausziehen werde, möchte ich meine Wohnung in guten und verantungsvollen Händen verlassen, die sich darum bis ende April kümmern.
Die Wohnung ist 1,5 Zimmer Groß: ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Schlafzimmer separat, plus Bad. Es ist für einen Person aber auch eine Paar geeignet. Im großem Zimmer, außer die Küche, gibt es ein klein Sofa, ein Regal und ein Tisch, plus 4 Stühle. Im Schlafzimmer liegt ein 140x200 Bett (es ist leider kein richtiges Bett, sondern nur eine Lattenrost mit Matratze, aber bisher hat gut funktioniert =)), zwei Kleiderschränke. Im Flühr gibt es noch ein kleiner Kleiderschrank, der ich aber immer nur für Jacke und Schuhe benutzt habe.
Die Küche funktioniert ganz gut und hat einen Kühlschrank aber keine Gefrierschrank. Der Ofen funktioniert leider nicht ganz gut, um aufzuwärmen schafft man aber ohne probleme.
Trotz die sehr lebendige Straße vorner, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig weil es im Hinterhof liegt. Im großem Zimmer gibt es ein großes Fenster die viel Licht rein lässt.

Since i will leave the Flat at the end of this month, i'm looking for a responsable person to whom i can leave my apartament for two months.
The Flat is 1,5 Rooms: one big Livingroom with Kitchen, one Bedroom and a Bathroom. Would be perfect for one person or a couple. In the big room, except che Kitchen, there is a Sofa, one big Shelf, 4 Chairs and a Table. In the bedroom there is a Bed and two wardrobes. At the entrance there is another small wardrobes, which i always used only for schoes and Jackets.
The Kitchen is perfectly working and has a big fridge, just the oven doesn't work properly, but it works at least to heat up.
The Flat is very silence, despite the Street full of restaurants and bars because it is in the Backyard. In the Big room there is a big and hight window which brings a lot of light in.
