Wunderschöne 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Prenzlauer Berg

Da ich bis zum 21. Februar im Ausland bin, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine/n zuverlässige/n Zwischenmieter*in für meine schöne Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg.

Die Wohnung ist wie oben beschrieben voll möbliert, du brauchst also prinzipiell nur noch dich und deine sieben Sachen mitbringen. Es gibt u.a. ein Bett (140cm breit) mit Matratze, zwei Kommoden, ein Bücherregal, einen Esstisch + Stühle, ein Sofa, einen Spiegel und eine Kleiderstange. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass du verantwortungsvoll mit meinen Möbeln und natürlich dem Rest der Wohnung umgehst. im Idealfall arbeitest du vielleicht auch schon oder machst ein Praktikum o.ä. in Berlin.

Since I will go abroad for some time, I'm subletting my apartment in Prenzlauer Berg until the 21st of February.
As you can read above the room is fully furnished, so basically it's ready for you to move in. It consists of a bed (140cm) with a mattress, two chests of drawers, a bookshelf, table + chairs, relaxing couch, mirror and a clothes rail - see photos for a more detailed view. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. The most important thing for me is that you will treat my furniture, and of course the rest of the apartment, in a respectful way. Maybe you're already working or doing an internship in Berlin?
